individually priced since they are determined by personal
choice, the size of the lot and the floor plan selected
as well as the square footage of living space, porches
and garages. All cannot be listed here but please inquire
about the following:

• Tiled showers with glass enclosures
• Cultured vanity tops in the bathrooms and solid surface

A “Solar Package” Option is Also Available on All of Our Homes
The Solar Package includes the following:
• 2.4 kilowatt P.V. system
• Icening insulation in the walls and the ceiling
• Gas, tankless hot water system
• 2 ton carrier infinity 19 with 2 speed compressor and variable air handler
• Low “E” insulated vinyl windows
The Solar Package option is $21,000 for the Cambridge and the Oxford.
We will gladly quote a price for the Solar Package on the other models.
