  • Chicken Tenders - Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Turning once or deep frying on high for 6-8 minutes.

  • Boneless Chicken Breast - Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes and baste with sweet and sour sauce then top with pineapple for Hawaiian Chicken.
Seafood Supreme
  • Lobster Tails - Broil under direct heat for 5-7 minutes or drop in boiling water with salt 9-10 minutes. Or baste on the grill with butter for approx. 20 minutes.

  • Fresh Fish Fillets - Season and lightly bread with flour or breadcrumbs. Pan fry or bake.
Steak Deluxe
  • Salisbury Steaks - Grill or pan fry steak burgers. Add Steak burgers to baking dish or pan. Add mushroom gravy, grilled onions and bake or simmer until hot.

  • Beef Kabobs - Cut raw sirloin steaks into bite size pieces. Slide them onto skewer sticks with pieces of fresh vegetables such as onions, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and chunk pineapples. Baste with sweet and sour or BBQ sauce then grill.
